If you are running Windows 10

  1. On your computer, open Start usually at the bottom left of your screen.
  2. Scroll down the list and left click on Windows Accessories
  3. Left click on Quick Assist
  4. Type in the 6-digit code provided by your NetGen Solutions technician in to the box below where it is displayed Code from assistant.
  5. Click the Share screen button

If you are running Windows 8.1, Windows 8 or Windows 7

  1. Download Teamviewer Quick Support using by clicking here
  2. Run the downloaded software. It should be called TeamViewerQS.exe
